Warranty period
DESMOND products carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering hardware defects not caused by user damage. Consumable parts, cosmetic wear and damage caused by misuse are not covered. To request service, please provide your order information and product model and we will help with inspection and replacement.
